Product status
A roadmap, beta, coming-soon notice or waitlist is not a promise of delivery, certification or a completed purchase. Check each product's documented limitations. Kid Shield's listing is not a guarantee of a child's safety or an emergency protection service.
No checkout contract
This release takes no payments and starts no subscriptions. Future paid products need the applicable seller, product, payment, cancellation and consumer information. A waitlist, feature request or sponsor inquiry creates no obligation to buy or supply software. Paid/custom work needs a separate agreement.
External services
An external offer takes you to a separate advertiser/provider whose identity, terms, privacy notice and availability apply. QWANTI may earn commission on eligible referrals; this does not make QWANTI the seller of the external product.
Use and rights
Do not attack the site, attempt unauthorised access, submit unlawful content or other people's sensitive data, or generate fake clicks/conversions. You retain rights in submissions and permit processing for the stated inquiry purpose, not an assignment of your intellectual property. Third-party marks belong to their owners.
Content may change; report mistakes through Contact. Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, limits your GDPR rights or imposes foreign courts/arbitration.
